Who this service is for

For businesses with unreconciled accounts, uncategorised transactions, incomplete records or a backlog of bookkeeping.

How we help

Bookkeeping Clean Up

Messy books? We review and correct bookkeeping errors and discrepancies, organise your accounts, and bring your records into order so you can move forward with clean, reliable books.

Bookkeeping Catch Up

Behind on your books? We record and categorise your outstanding transactions and reconcile them against your bank and credit card statements, bringing your bookkeeping up to date and giving you a complete set of records.

What you can expect

A more complete, consistent set of records and a clearer starting point for ongoing bookkeeping. We discuss the existing records and outstanding periods before agreeing the scope.

Pricing and scope

Clean-up and catch-up work is quoted separately from ongoing monthly bookkeeping. The quote depends on the condition of the records, the outstanding periods and transaction volume.

Common questions

Can you help if my bookkeeping is behind or my records are messy?

Yes. We can review your existing records, identify discrepancies and uncategorised transactions, reconcile your accounts and bring your bookkeeping up to date. Clean-up and catch-up work is arranged separately from ongoing monthly bookkeeping.

How do you make sure my bookkeeping is accurate?

We use regular reconciliations, transaction reviews and other checks to keep your records accurate, complete and up to date. Any discrepancies or unusual items identified during our reviews are investigated and addressed where appropriate.

What happens if I have personal transactions in my business account?

Personal transactions are identified separately from genuine business income and expenses. We record and categorise these appropriately so that your business records remain clear and accurate.
